Mark is also an effective communicator, able to build stakeholder support across different groups (commercial, political and public sector) as has been the case with his work in helping develop the South Wales Metro concept. In that role Mark has also demonstrated his media awareness having made multiple appearances on TV and Radio as well as in range of publications.
